This application prevents sitting while working at home and encourages muscle training.
You will be notified of muscle training instructions once an hour during the specified time period.

Even while at work, follow the instructions to get up from your chair and do muscle training!

You can change the muscle training menu depending on the day of the week.
Muscle training menus can be created by freely combining multiple exercises.

Results of muscle training are recorded and can be viewed on the in-app calendar.
